Description
Anthropic's Finance Systems team builds and owns the infrastructure that powers financial operations and drives initiatives that scale the Finance function as the company grows. You will own three main areas: the architecture, automation, and ecosystem of treasury technology.
You will design the treasury technology platform and data foundation, make build-vs-buy decisions, and create a multi-year roadmap. You will also automate key treasury processes, such as cash positioning, forecasting, and bank account management, using Claude-powered workflows. Additionally, you will define the ecosystem by aligning treasury data models and governance with the broader Finance data lake strategy.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or systems leadership in finance, treasury, or fintech. They will have deep treasury domain knowledge, experience with treasury management systems, and a track record of shipping internal platforms or finance systems with an engineering team.
The annual compensation range for this role is $270,000-$315,000 USD.
