Head of Game Operation

Joining Razer will place you on a global mission to revolutionize the way the world games. As the Head of Operations, you will lead and oversee the strategic execution of our partners' game publishing operations in Vietnam. Your mandate is to drive excellence in game operations across multiple high-impact projects, simultaneously balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a high-performing publishing team, covering marketing, operations, community management, customer support, and technical support.
• Oversee the entire game lifecycle,from evaluation and preparation to soft launch, full launch, and live operations,ensuring flawless execution and strong market penetration.
• Own P&L accountability, driving profitability and aligning all operational activities with financial targets.
• Define and implement product strategies focused on monetization, user engagement, and sustainable long-term growth.
• Plan and execute an integrated product roadmap, including updates, new features, and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze and forecast game performance using detailed daily metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
• Benchmark against competitors, delivering market insights and recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.
• Champion the product and publishing vision across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment with key objectives.
