Athletes Marketing Manager

We are seeking an Athletes Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in Fuschl, Austria. As an Athletes Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing the overall strategy for Red Bull's athlete marketing efforts, ensuring alignment between global goals and regional needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new athletes and their teams
• Managing a national portfolio of locally and nationally relevant athletes
• Supporting athletes at Red Bull events, such as the Wings for Life World Run
• Collaborating with the media network team to develop and disseminate inspiring and innovative content around the athletes
• Creating individual Red Bull athlete tools and branding materials
• Monitoring and implementing tailored marketing plans that consider the individual sporting and personal goals of the athletes
• Reporting on various athlete activities and competitions

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in sports management, athlete care, marketing, or a similar position
• University degree in marketing, sports marketing, or sports science
• Broad passion for core sports and a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of athletes and their environment
• Strong organisational skills, structured work style, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Fluent German and English
