Drain Install Technician

Sullivan Super Service is seeking a Drain Install Technician in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Drain Install Technician, you will play a pivotal role in providing unparalleled plumbing and drain solutions that prioritize customer well-being and satisfaction.

Top Technicians can earn up to $95,000 per year, including weekly bonuses and spiffs. The salary range for this position is $18-$30 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Perform trenchless drain lining (CIPP) to repair damaged sewer and drain lines without excavation.
• Operate sewer inspection cameras to diagnose drain and sewer line issues.
• Use hydro jetting equipment to clear obstructions from residential drain systems.
• Interpret camera inspection findings and recommend repair or maintenance solutions.
• Maintain and safely operate specialized drain cleaning equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and local codes.
• Document inspection findings and customer recommendations.
• Present repair and replacement options to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with customers to educate them on preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in drain work.
• Experience with full drain replacement and sewer lining is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
