Striker (GPV - Sales Point Manager)

As a Striker at Red Bull, you will be the face of our brand for our food customers, building lasting relationships with store managers and owners. You will spend around 90% of your time on the road, visiting sales points to identify opportunities to boost sales and develop our brand.

Your main objectives will be:

• To ensure that our products are stocked and displayed correctly in stores
• To negotiate and implement agreements with store managers
• To provide excellent customer service and promote our brand values
• To gather market intelligence and feedback from customers

You will be part of a complex system, working closely with your manager, colleagues, and other departments to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop business relationships with customers
• Visit sales points regularly to promote our products and services
• Negotiate agreements with store managers
• Ensure perfect execution of our brand image in stores
• Manage stock levels and prevent stockouts

Requirements:

• Commercial instinct and understanding of commercial mathematics
• Experience in sales in the fast-moving consumer goods sector
• Understanding of the Off Premise channel (retail, impulse, traditional, and C&C)
• University degree in Commercial Management, Marketing, or similar (desirable)
• Driving license
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
• High level of spoken and written English (desirable)
