Head of Simulation Services

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Simulation Services team in either Remscheid or Stuttgart. As Head of Simulation Services, you will drive business growth, lead a team, and develop new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
• Plan resources, capacities, and deployments to ensure economic, timely, and qualitative goal achievement
• Lead, motivate, and develop your team members
• Bring in your simulation experience to steer complex projects and develop technical solutions with customers and internal teams
• Optimize competencies, structures, processes, KPIs, and reporting to unlock new potential for Simulation Services

Requirements:

• Completed technical studies, preferably in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Several years of experience in simulation and leading technical teams in a demanding customer and project environment
• Sound knowledge of budget, resource, capacity, and program planning, as well as KPI-based reporting
• Pronounced customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to communicate technical connections in a solution-oriented manner
• High self-initiative, sense of responsibility, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
