Description
We are seeking an Inbound Operations Team Leader to join our General Merchandise team at Target. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly team members and ensuring that our guests have an easy, inspiring, and friendly shopping experience.
The starting pay range for this position is $24.75 - $26.75 per hour, with a full pay range of $24.75 - $42.05 per hour. At Target, we offer comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), employee discounts, and other perks to help you and your family.
As an Inbound Operations Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering guest experience commitments
- Leading a team of hourly team members
- Reviewing area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics
- Understanding sales goals and plans
- Executing daily/weekly workload
- Leading and sharing expertise in operations, freshness, accuracy, and efficiency

- Have a high school degree or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have previous retail experience (preferred but not required)
