As a Retail Sales Associate at Corsair's Valley Fair Mall store, you'll be the heartbeat of our customer experience. This in-person role involves connecting with people, driving sales through relational selling, and sharing your enthusiasm for gaming and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming customers with a friendly attitude and offering personalized solutions.
• Excel in relational selling, building trust with customers and recommending suitable Corsair products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, becoming an expert on Corsair's product lineup and sharing that knowledge with confidence.
• Demo products effectively, engaging customers with hands-on demonstrations.
• Drive sales success, actively contributing to sales goals and closing deals.
• Maintain an inviting and organized sales floor, reflecting Corsair's commitment to quality.
• Collaborate with fellow associates and store leadership to share ideas and support daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Preferred: prior retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and light lifting.
• Passion for gaming, technology, and the Corsair brand.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with gaming/tech products is a plus.
