Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Barnsley Retail Park, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remarkable service to customers, making them feel valued every time they shop with us
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products
- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience
- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store
This is a part-time, late-night role, working Monday and Saturday from 20:00–04:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. A + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added to hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
