Floor Lead (Retail) (Full-time)

Mejuri is a modern fine jewelry retailer reimagining the industry since 2015. We're looking for a Floor Lead to join our store leadership team in London, driving customer service excellence, team development, and daily operations.

As a Floor Lead, you'll uphold exceptional customer service standards, foster team growth, and ensure seamless operations. You'll be a key presence on the sales floor, exemplifying outstanding interpersonal skills and Mejuri's values.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and validate in-store customer experience
• Maximize results and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure positive customer experience and promote services offerings
• Participate in inventory management and cycle counts
• Support back-of-house flow for in-store sales, phone sales, and BOPIS
• Maintain organizational integrity of stockroom and display inventory
• Use point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other retail technology
• Mitigate internal, external, and administrative loss of product
• Identify and escalate opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks
• Participate in visual merchandising and store presentation
• Coach and inform store team members on visual merchandising standards
• Support onboarding, assessing, and engaging with store team members

Requirements:

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Adaptable with creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and analytical skills
• Critical thinking ability
• Physical requirements: ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

This role has a base pay range of £15-£16 per hour.
