Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at The Galleries Washington. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working across the wider store where needed to ensure our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing stock and deliveries
- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently
- Working across functions and supporting colleagues across the store
- Adapting quickly to keep things moving, including early morning deliveries to shifting stock late into the day
This is a part-time, flexible role with varying shifts, including Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 17:00–22:00 and Saturday from 16:30–22:00. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
As a Customer Assistant in Operations, you'll need to be digitally confident, a team player, and flexible. You'll also need to be able to work at a fast pace and be accurate in your work.
