Description

As an Associate Producer II on the EA SPORTS™ NHL team, you will play a crucial role in shaping player experiences from concept to delivery. You will collaborate with creative, technical, and leadership partners to drive complex feature development and help evolve the franchise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating product goals into compelling features and experiences
  • Leading features from early concept through release
  • Driving the creation and evolution of high-impact gameplay, systems, and live content features
  • Serving as a primary connection between design, development directors, and partner teams
  • Partnering with Line and Lead Producers to define long-term goals and contribute to the franchise vision

You will also work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure delivery quality, predictability, and cohesion. This involves:

  • Collaborating with Design, Engineering, Animation, Art, UX, and QA teams
  • Managing schedules, milestones, feature backlogs, and sprint commitments with Development Directors
  • Identifying and communicating dependencies, risks, and opportunities across partner teams

Additionally, you will use player feedback, data insights, and design sensibilities to inform priorities, tuning decisions, and long-term roadmap considerations. You will represent the voice of the player, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations for the team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in game production, product management, or similar roles
  • Proven experience leading feature delivery from concept to ship
  • Familiarity with Agile and waterfall development processes
  • Experience building online-enabled features and understanding live service considerations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence teams
