Sales & Artistry Coordinator - New York City

We are seeking a Sales & Artistry Coordinator to represent Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in the New York City area.

As a Sales & Artistry Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving financial results, educating and providing exceptional customer service, and developing a winning team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving sales growth and achieving sales targets
• Providing exceptional customer service and promoting the Charlotte Tilbury brand
• Developing and implementing sales strategies
• Managing and training a team of retail employees
• Maintaining excellent relationships with retail partners
• Analyzing business performance and suggesting improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• 2+ years of beauty industry experience
• 2+ years of beauty retail management experience
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong communication and influencing skills
