Apprenticeship - Group Underwriting & Quotation

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an apprentice in Group Underwriting & Quotation. As an apprentice, you will play a critical role in supporting our underwriting and quotation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare information for shareholder, Board of Commissioner, and Board of Director for each submitted policy and send to AML Team for approval
• Prepare Risk Scoring Forms for each submitted policy and send to AML Team for approval
• Prepare monthly listings of policies processed
• Check completion of SPAK, KYC, and KYN documents for each submitted policy
• Verify consistency of information between SPAK and legal documents
• File all checked documents for each policy
• Support new system enhancements

Requirements:

• Final year student or fresh graduate from Economics or Law
• Willing to work from home (2x a week) and office (3x a week) in South Jakarta area
• Committed to a 6-month internship
• Good English language skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
