Join our team in the M&S Café at Vangarde Monks Cross as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple orders and customers while maintaining high standards of service.
Your tasks will include:
- Providing excellent customer service in a busy café environment
- Taking and fulfilling orders efficiently using our digital tools
- Maintaining high food safety standards and adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Working flexibly to support colleagues and meet customer needs
- Making great food and drink recommendations to customers
The role requires digital confidence, efficiency, and effectiveness. You'll need to be able to work well under pressure, stay calm, and deliver five-star service.
The work pattern is part-time, with shifts on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 12:00 to 16:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
