Description
The Counter Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the Charlotte Tilbury brand.
As an ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, the Counter Manager will reflect the brand values and customer base.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales: Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed plan, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as Average Unit Sales (AUS) and Items Per Transaction (IPT).
- Lead by example on personal KPI goals and communicate and manage agreed goals with the staff.
- Customer Service: Manage customer queries, build partnerships with the Account Executive and Area Trainer to ensure continuous training and development of the team.
- Team Management: Proactively anticipate staffing needs, determine individual and team sales targets, analyze business performance, and plan strategy.
- Operations: Ensure the counter is 'customer ready', maintain required inventory levels, control store expenses, implement visual merchandising, and maintain technology on counter.
- Store and Retail Partner Relationships: Establish and develop cooperative relationships, proactively suggest win-win opportunities, schedule team to optimize coverage, and maintain excellent counter hygiene standards.
