We're looking for ambitious people who believe in playing an important part in shaping that future. As a 管理培训生-数字化创新部, you will be involved in digital platform and content operation planning, cross-platform communication and cooperation, project progress management, and regular reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in digital platform and content operation planning based on business orientation and departmental needs;
• Implement cross-platform communication and cooperation with marketing and client applications;
• Manage project progress and report regularly;
• Write project plans and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, actuarial science, or related fields;
• Fit AIA's culture and values: humble, down-to-earth, and having a win-win mindset;
• Excellent English skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking;
• Strong goal planning, adaptability, learning innovation, resilience, and self-motivation;
• Able to accept remote and cross-departmental rotation work.
