We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target. Working at Target means helping families discover the joy of everyday life. Our seasonal roles include:
- Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles: providing tailored suggestions and solutions to guests
- Seasonal Service & Engagement: delivering exceptional guest service
- Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: ensuring product is set, in-stock, and accurately priced
These roles can provide you with knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience in retail business fundamentals, and experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities.
We are looking for team members who:
- Enjoy working in a fun and energetic environment
- Are passionate about providing excellent guest service
- Can stock, set, and sell Target products
- Are not looking for a Monday-to-Friday job with a computer all day
The ideal candidate will have:
- A welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Additional requirements include:
- Accurately handling cash register operations
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
