Senior Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer

Anduril's Manufacturing team is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join the Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Manufacturing Team. The team is responsible for rapidly iterating and building cutting-edge defence hardware. As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will drive process improvements, ensure high-quality production, and support new product development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portion or all of the manufacturing value chain, including Assembly, Integration & Test (AI&T) for electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Contribute to operational excellence with a strong continuous improvement mindset and lead impactful Kaizen events.
• Partner with Product Quality Engineering to drive and support RCCA burndowns.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering teams to provide DFx for smooth NPI transitions.
• Develop process flows, breaking down large assemblies into logical part flows.
• Write documentation required for manufacturing hardware at scale.
• Work with contract manufacturers to develop repeatable processes.
• Build prototype hardware with technicians and engineers.
• Contribute to end-customer hardware design.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or a hard science.
• 8+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in a resource-constrained environment.
• Personal experience physically manufacturing hardware.
• Prior experience working with JIRA, Siemens NX, Teamcenter, or Oracle.
• Experience with RF Products requiring system AI&T.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
