Data Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to own the product lifecycle for our core data-sharing and compliance platforms within the Global Data Insight & Analytics (GDI&A) Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) organization.

The successful candidate will serve as the critical bridge between engineering, business units, and the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) to ensure our data products are secure, compliant, and highly performant.

Responsibilities include:

• Writing comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
• Establishing and tracking quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Leading daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives for the engineering team
• Coordinating dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple distributed teams
• Driving weekly and monthly operational reviews and product reviews with stakeholders
• Defining and executing end-to-end strategies for complex cloud migrations
• Participating in and leading technical and architectural reviews
• Designing and evaluating microservice API architectures
• Utilizing familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to guide integration with cloud-native data warehousing, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and data protection tools
• Demonstrating exceptional presentation and communication skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, information technology, or a technology-related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Program Manager managing data platforms, identity and access management (IAM), or privacy and governance products
• Proven experience designing and executing end-to-end cloud migration strategies
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical and regulatory concepts effectively
