Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a Financial Operations Manager to strengthen our Financial Department. As a key member of our team, you will oversee accounting activities, customer credit, and financial contracts. You will ensure the reliability of accounts, manage customer risk, optimise working capital, and lead a team of around ten people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the Accounting, Collection, and Financial Contracts teams
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of accounting records, tax declarations, and regulatory obligations
• Define and implement customer risk management policies
• Supervise financial contract management, cash flow improvement, and working capital optimisation
• Participate in internal audits, financial transformations, and digital projects

Requirements:

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Management (Bac+5)
• At least 8 years of experience in financial roles with team management, ideally in audit firms or international industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and customer risk management
• Leadership and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and digital transformation
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and financial reporting tools; experience with ERP projects, particularly SAP S/4HANA, is an asset
• Fluent English
