Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for our outpatient rehabilitation team at Aurora Medical Center Manitowoc County. As a Physical Therapist, you will interpret physician referrals, complete evaluations, establish plans of care, and implement individual treatments. You will also monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, adjust treatment plans, and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Interpret physician referrals and complete evaluations

• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Complete required documentation and maintain productivity standards
• Participate in performance improvement activities and pursue professional growth

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Intermediate computer skills and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pelvic health interest or experience
