- Portfolio management: exposure overview, concentration monitoring support, event/news summarisation, portfolio review pack assistance.
- Implement RAG with strong grounding: ingestion, chunking, indexing, reranking, citations, freshness strategies and access controls.
- Integrate agents with internal services/APIs and workflow tools (case management, knowledge bases, data services).
- Engineer predictable behaviour: structured outputs, guardrails, refusal/fallback patterns, and robust error handling.
- Build evaluation and regression testing (golden sets, quality/safety metrics, telemetry and feedback loops).
- Ensure operational readiness: monitoring, alerting, audit logs, incident response runbooks, and cost/latency optimisation.
- Collaborate with Risk/Compliance/InfoSec to meet control expectations for sensitive KYC and credit information.
Requirements:

- Establishing reusable agent patterns (RAG templates, evaluation harnesses, guardrails) across squads.
What additional skills will be good to have?:
- Experience with document-heavy workflows (KYC packs, financial statements) and extraction/classification approaches.
- Knowledge of retrieval evaluation, reranking, and agent testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulated workflow controls (segregation of duties, auditability, data minimisation).
