Senior Test Methodology Engineer

As a Senior Test Methodology Engineer at NVIDIA, you will be part of the Operations Engineering team that plays a crucial role in developing new IC products. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods of ATE testing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective ATE testing methods
• Offering creative solutions to improve the test methodology of existing solutions
• Debugging and developing ATE test method code
• Debugging and developing scripting tools
• Debugging and developing web-based tools
• Helping to solve production issues or throughput issues related to test methodology

Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
• 5+ years of relevant working experience
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE or other ATE platforms
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ or Java
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Effective English communication skills
• Ability to present to technical audiences and generate content for developers
• Critical thinking, solution-focused, and attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:

• Understanding of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, and IOBIST
• Demonstrated experience in project management or team leadership, with a proven ability to drive collaboration and deliver results
• Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills, good work ethics, and a high sense of teamwork
