General Maintenance PM Part-Time (Weekends) - Hampton Inn Chantilly - starting at $20/hr.

We are seeking a part-time General Maintenance PM to join our team at Hampton Inn Chantilly. As a General Maintenance PM, you will be responsible for providing assistance in engineering operations, including maintenance, repair of hotel property, outside grounds, hotel equipment, preventative maintenance, and asset protection.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and demonstrate the ability to maintain property assets, working with the Chief Engineer to understand preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, routine inspections, and capital expenditures.
• Assist and respond to guests' requests in a friendly and positive manner, providing the highest level of service.
• Assess and evaluate property assets through preventative maintenance, recommending maintenance service solutions to managers.
• Follow B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group's standard operating procedures, learning and executing engineering SOPs.
• Work collaboratively with all departments, contributing to meeting guest needs and completing assigned duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, brand, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Produce the required volume of work by planning, organizing, and prioritizing duties as presented by the Chief Engineer.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; CPO and appliance repair certification is desired.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred; attention to detail, customer-focused, and ability to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift.
