Financial Analyst

Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans worldwide. As a Financial Analyst, you will report to the Manager, FP&A and be part of the CFO organization, which partners with business teams to deliver strategies and provide financial insights.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in monthly, quarterly forecast, and annual planning processes
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of reporting deliverables
• Discuss plan and forecast numbers with business leaders and load them into the system
• Report actuals, compare them with plan/forecast, and provide commentary for major variances
• Provide heads up to leaders on unforeseen expenses
• Review monthly financial actuals, identify accounting adjustments, and partner with accounting to ensure accurate month-end journal entries

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of related Financial and FP&A experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting related field preferred
• Demonstrated passion for learning and growing
• Highly motivated with an ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable building analysis based on data from multiple sources
• Extreme attention to detail with a rigorous process for review of accuracy
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Adept in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Anaplan and/or Power BI is a plus
