Learning Delivery and Professional Development Specialist

The Learning Delivery and Professional Development Specialist works as a Training Business Partner to the sales organisation, primarily responsible for effectively delivering targeted learning and professional development programs and interventions for sellers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and deliver learning and performance development strategies
• Work with BPI AIA Sales Management team and stakeholders to identify learning needs, establish training plans, and design training classes and materials
• Develop and deploy learning experiences based on the 6D's of Learning
• Deliver training programs and projects with clear outcomes, and evaluate post-learning performance
• Support and lead programs and projects with Partnership Distribution leaders
• Conduct onboarding training programs for sales channels and stakeholders
• Participate in training rollouts of products, platforms, and technology solutions
• Partner with teams to align training and performance development programs with business outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or Psychology
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar industry with extensive knowledge in sales training, facilitation, and management
• Background in Finance, Banking, and Insurance
• Skills: Presentation/Facilitation, Excellent Communication, Problem Solving & Decision-Making, Coaching & Mentoring, Project Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
