Insurance Product Expert, Kuching

We are seeking an Insurance Product Expert to join our team in Kuching. As an Insurance Product Expert, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, driving productivity, and providing financial planning advice to customers.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Meeting KPIs: Meet sales targets for Bancassurance in Premier and Premier Elite customer segments, drive productivity, participation, revenue, and sales quality.
• Sales Activities & Management: Support Relationship Managers and Branch Leaders to improve customer satisfaction, partner with Relationship Managers during client engagements, and provide financial planning advice.
• After Sales Service: Assist customers with after-sales needs, including claims, policy changes, and general support.

Requirements:

• Strong result-driven mindset with interest in product sales and advisory.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial services, especially in bancassurance and life insurance sales, ideally within a banking environment.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits.
• Must hold PCE, CEILI, and TBE licenses.
