Description
As a Scrub Theatre Nurse / ODP at Tees Valley Hospital, you will be part of the Theatre Team providing high-standard, efficient, individualised perioperative patient care. You will be a strong communicator with exceptional customer service skills, adhering to Ramsay's policies and procedures to ensure the best clinical outcomes for patients. You will be an advocate of the Ramsay Way and People Caring for People.
Requirements:
- Registered with the NMC/HCPC
- Scrub skills across a range of surgical specialities
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Demonstrated computer skills
- Flexibility adapting to changing service needs
