We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Engineering Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive test plans, performing precision PCB rework and assembly, building and modifying complex cable and wire harness assemblies, and troubleshooting and diagnosing failures in electronic assemblies.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in electronics testing, assembly, and rework in an R&D or production environment. They will also have strong technical literacy, demonstrated proficiency in fine-pitch SMT and through-hole soldering, and proven experience in building and modifying complex cable and wire harness assemblies.
