Holiday TikTok Live Selling Host

We're seeking a lively and engaging live selling host to join our team for the holiday season. As a live selling host, you will be responsible for hosting live shopping streams on TikTok Shop, creating an energetic and entertaining atmosphere, educating viewers on our products, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

• Host live shopping streams selling Squishable plush toys and Blind Boxes on TikTok Shop
• Create an energetic, entertaining, and fun atmosphere that keeps viewers watching and buying
• Educate viewers on our products and what makes them stand out
• Engage with viewers and respond to comments/questions throughout the duration of the stream
• Drive sales per hour and hit hourly and weekly GMV targets

Qualifications:

• Prior live selling, retail, or sales experience is required
• Strong public speaking and communication skills
• Comfortable and engaging on camera for extended periods
• Available to stream between 3-6 days a week for between 3 to 5 hours a day
• Genuine passion and enthusiasm for plush toys and collectibles
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop administration is a plus

Additional Requirements:

• Must provide own wardrobe and makeup
• This is a contract position
• Late-night lives may be scheduled based on GMV goals

Benefits:

• Pay: $22-$32 an hour
• Schedule: 3-6 days/week
• Additional commission based on experience
