Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 5-star customer experience consistently, going above and beyond for our customers
• Operate our till systems, with cash-handling training provided
• Stock products on the shop floor, ensuring they're clean and inviting
• Engage with customers through active listening to understand and establish their needs
• Provide sit-down consultations and bespoke routines, including hand and arm massages
• Be adaptable and solutions-focused in a fast-paced retail environment
