Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Fosse Park, Leicester. You'll work early mornings, Monday to Sunday, with potential full-time hours during peak periods. As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide exceptional customer service, recommend M&S Food products, and utilize digital tools to enhance the shopping experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver five-star service at pace in a high-pressure environment
- Confidently recommend and sell new food products
- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices
- Contribute to a positive team environment and adapt to changing demands
- Work across various areas of the store
