Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Liverpool One, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver five-star service to customers at pace
- Confidently recommend and sell new food products
- Utilize digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities
In this role, you will be expected to work part-time hours, with a flexible schedule including Monday 14:00-18:00, Wednesday 10:00-16:00, and Friday 14:15-19:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
