Trade Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team in Norway.

As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing shopper marketing activities, creating point-of-sale materials, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement shopper marketing activities with customers, sales teams, and marketing teams
• Create point-of-sale materials, such as displays and promotional materials
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Provide support to field sales teams and help them to effectively promote Red Bull products

Requirements:

• Higher education in marketing, economics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as NielsenIQ
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
