Description
We are seeking a Shift Lead - Food to join our team at Ealing Broadway. As a Shift Lead, you will play a key role in leading the fill operation, delivering a salesfloor that is ready to trade, and taking operational responsibility for coordinating resource to Serve, Sell, and Fill.
Hours of Work: Sunday 06:00-14:00 Monday 04:00-12:00 Wednesday 04:00-12:00 Thursday 04:00-12:00 Saturday 04:00-12:00
Pay Information: The basic hourly rate is not specified, but a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resource to deliver operational tasks during the fill operation
- Lead the fill operation, coaching colleagues on One Best Way and driving productivity in readiness for store opening
- Allocate resource effectively to deliver a quick payment experience
- Enable daily operational processes to be implemented efficiently across the store
- Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, safe, and well-presented store
- Play a part in creating a great team atmosphere that is inclusive of everyone
- Role model great Customer Service and M&S behaviours
- Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations of colleagues
- Support nearby stores if operationally required
- Responsible for being a key holder and answering call outs as required
- Responsible for tasks related to the opening and closing of the building

- You must be at least 18 years old due to the early morning working hours
