Description
We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is ready for customers, maintaining a clean and tidy environment, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the store for the day ahead by restocking shelves and ensuring the workspace is tidy
- Collect and move stock safely from the warehouse to the shop floor
- Work across different parts of the store, including chilled and frozen areas
- Use equipment, handsets, and digital systems to complete tasks accurately and safely
- Provide support in other areas when needed, such as picking online orders or serving customers at checkouts
