As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing full-cycle recruitment processes for Logitech in the AP region. Leveraging 5–8 years of experience in both the headhunter industry and in-house corporate recruitment, you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and delivering top talent for Global Commercial Organization (GCO) or other assigned BG's roles.
Your Contribution:
Your contributions will focus on operational excellence, strategic thinking, and relationship-building:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Expertise: Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition and intake meetings to onboarding, across a variety of roles and levels.
- Effective Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, ensuring alignment with their talent needs and organizational goals.
- Strategic Talent Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to understand upcoming workforce needs and align recruitment strategies with long-term business objectives.
- Candidate Experience Optimization: Ensure best-in-class candidate journeys with timely communication, transparent processes, and an emphasis on Logitech’s culture, vision, and values.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Partner with global TA teams across APAC, EMEA, and AMR to align strategies, share best practices, and achieve recruitment objectives.
- Leveraging Data for Efficiency: Use recruitment metrics and market analytics to drive continuous improvement, optimize processes, and refine hiring strategies.
Key Qualifications:
To succeed in this mid-senior individual contributor role, you will bring the following:
- 5–8 years of recruitment experience within both the headhunter industry and in-house corporate recruitment settings.
- Proven expertise in managing talent acquisition for a variety of roles across GCO & other assigned BGs.
- Advanced sourcing techniques, proactive candidate engagement, and proven talent pipelining skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with a consultative approach to collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to various audiences.
- Proficiency in WorkDay (WD) and recruitment tools, with exposure to data-driven decision-making through talent analytics.
- Familiarity with employer branding techniques and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- A results-driven mindset focused on process improvement, innovation, and problem-solving.
- Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills considered a plus.
