Oracle Implementation Lead (R5897)

Shield AI is transforming its supply chain operations by adopting Oracle. We're seeking an Oracle Implementation Lead to bridge our current operations and future state. You'll lead the Oracle Supply Chain implementation, partnering with consultants, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure system configuration for real-world success.

The Impact You'll Make In this role, you'll be crucial in implementing and maintaining our Oracle system. Your responsibilities will include leading the implementation workstreams, collaborating with Oracle consultants, developing testing plans, training end-users, and identifying process improvements.

Implementation Phase (First 6–12 Months)

• Lead Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementation workstreams, focusing on modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Planning.
• Collaborate with Oracle consultants to translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Develop and execute testing plans, including UAT, to ensure system readiness.
• Train end-users and create clear, accessible documentation for ongoing reference.
• Identify process improvements and ensure they are embedded into the new system design.

Post-Go-Live Phase (Ongoing)

• Serve as an Oracle System Administrator,managing user access, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate material planning inputs.
• Act as the go-to resource for supply chain reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Manage material planning activities, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier coordination.
• Continuously improve system usage and supply chain processes based on performance metrics and user feedback.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in supply chain operations, ideally with exposure to ERP systems (Oracle Cloud experience strongly preferred).
• Hands-on involvement in at least one ERP implementation, with a focus on supply chain modules.
• Strong understanding of material planning, inventory management, and procurement processes.
• Ability to translate operational needs into system configurations and workflows.
• Excellent communication skills,able to work with technical teams, executives, and frontline users alike.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for solving complex problems and improving processes.
