PCP Sales Consultant Little Rock, AR

As a Primary Care Sales Consultant (SC) in Little Rock, AR, you will implement sales strategies for an approved Cardiorenal product and drive launch activities for an anticipated menopause product launch.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Building professional relationships with primary care physicians and pharmacy staff
• Driving demand, clinical education, and sales through strategic business planning
• Collaborating with internal partners, such as Marketing and Market Access, to drive US Pharma outcomes
• Developing and implementing effective customer-specific business plans
• Providing relevant input to commercial colleagues on strategic and tactical planning
• Prioritizing time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists
• Understanding customers' product and business needs while adhering to Bayer's ethics and compliance standards

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience
• A proven track record of high performance in sales
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Leadership skills and the ability to foster an environment promoting ethical behavior and compliance
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred qualifications include:

• An advanced degree
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in cardiovascular, diabetes, or menopause disease states
• Product launch experience
• Strong analytical and computer skills

The salary range for this position is $124,320 to $186,480 per year, with additional compensation possible through bonuses or commissions. Benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave.
