Distribution Partner Manager

We are seeking a Distribution Partner Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Distribution Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing and negotiating annual business plans with assigned distribution partners to achieve growth and drive Red Bull initiatives. You will also track the performance of distribution partners against our strategy and priorities, ultimately achieving an increase in distribution, execution, and volume.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate regular meetings with distribution partners' teams to communicate company strategy and priorities, review business KPIs, discuss opportunities and threats in the region, run trainings, and update sales teams.
• Assign sales, distribution, execution targets to distribution partners based on business targets and follow up on these targets regularly.
• Provide execution trainings, on-the-job trainings, and coaching to distribution partners and their teams.
• Conduct regular trade visits with distribution partners' field teams to coach sales teams and unlock distribution and execution opportunities.
• Analyze opportunities in the region, take proper action, and implement as needed.
• Ensure distribution partners fully understand and execute Red Bull's execution and merchandising standards.
• Implement systems to track and benchmark distribution partners against key initiatives and goals.
• Plan and execute incentive programs in line with company targets to keep sales representatives focused and motivated.
• Act as a credible beverage business consultant to distribution partners and customers and present category and Red Bull potential.

Requirements:

• Strong field sales experience and track record in the consumer goods industry (beverage preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in distributor and supplier roles.
• Successful track record in team management and leadership.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on geographical knowledge of the local market.
• Travel 30-40%.
