Alternance - QSE

We are seeking a Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) apprentice to support our team. As a QSE apprentice, you will be involved in improving and maintaining our Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in deploying and improving the IMS
• Contribute to maintaining and improving the system according to ISO standards
• Formalise, update, and improve processes and procedures
• Analyse performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to action plans
• Coordinate and follow up on customer complaints and anomalies
• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimise processes
• Participate in internal audits and certification audits
• Promote a health and safety culture among teams
• Contribute to reporting and communication on QSE topics

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Year 1 or 2) in Quality, Safety, Environment (QSE), quality management, continuous improvement, or equivalent
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards
• Interest in continuous improvement and problem-solving approaches
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to formalise and write documents
• Familiarity with audit methods, cause analysis, or quality tools is desirable
• Proficiency in English is desirable
