Responsibilities
As a Production Supervisor, you are the vital link between strategic goals and daily execution. You'll be leading a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered.
- Safety First: Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance.
- Driving Operational Excellence: Lead and direct a team of employees that consistently makes high-quality products and meets or exceeds production targets. You will take ownership of team performance, addressing shortcomings proactively and celebrating successes.
- Strategic Focus & Problem Solving: Prioritize critical tasks and effectively allocate human resources to maximize efficiency. You will apply for a "Bias for Action," promptly and decisively addressing safety and quality issues to prevent larger problems.
- Team Leadership & Development: Embrace a servant leadership style, focusing on building high-performing, winning teams and investing in their growth. You will foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating your team to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience (Internship and co-op experience considered).
- Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.
- Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and / or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) Experience.

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500.
