Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Crawley Acorn Park Foodhall, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer. You'll work in a high-pressure environment, delivering five-star service at pace, and embracing the transformation we're driving.
Responsibilities:
- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused when the store is at its busiest.
- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, where everyone works hard and supports each other.
- Be flexible and adapt to changing demands of the retail environment.
- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers.
Work Pattern:
- Sunday 06:00-10:00
- Friday 18:00-22:00
- Saturday 18:00-22:00
- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
