The Security Engineering team at Ramp helps make the company the most secure place for customers to manage their financial information.
The team's work focuses on three key areas:
- Building products with security in mind
- Detecting and responding to threats before they cause harm
- Powering Ramp's growth through security
Responsibilities:
- Drive the cloud security roadmap, reviewing deployments to identify improvement opportunities
- Design and build security-focused infrastructure primitives and integrate them into existing products and development processes
- Lead remediation of prioritized issues across the technology stack
- Collaborate with infrastructure, data, and devops teams to design and deploy inherently secure solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of software-building experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience building in AWS (with Terraform)
- Strong sense of ownership, driving projects from inception to production
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously growing and mastering your craft
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Python (Flask) and Terraform
- Experience with Azure, GCP, and other cloud providers
- Experience improving developer experience and security properties in multi-service deployments
