Job Description
As a Trainee MFG, you will be responsible for monitoring quality metrics, supporting administration of quality rejections, and performing special assignments for workflow optimization.
Responsibilities
- Monitor quality metrics
- Support administration of quality rejections
- Perform special assignments for workflow optimization
- Support root cause investigations of quality rejections
- Review rejections with internal customers and support containment actions
- Support process documentation
- Ensure implementation of ICAs/PCAs for quality issues
- Attend and support specific TDMs
Qualifications
- Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Engineering (Mechatronic, Mechanic, Electronic, Innovation and Development, Robotics and Intelligent systems, Industrial)
- 80% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
