Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide physical therapy to pediatrics, adolescents, adult and geriatric patients. You will evaluate, establish treatment plans, and goals of treatment, and provide for and/or supervise the administration of treatment modalities/procedures done to meet the needs of the patient as it pertains to the age and diagnosis of the patient. You will also incorporate patient and family education and provide documentation for all the above.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and establish treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy to patients of all ages
• Incorporate patient and family education
• Provide documentation for all patients

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
• Current Wisconsin licensure to practice Physical Therapy
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
