Description
We are seeking a Sterile Services Technician to join our team in the Decontamination department at Circle Health Group. This is a bank role working on an 'as and when required' basis, supplementing staffing levels during busy periods and providing cover for existing staff during annual leave or absence.
The successful candidate will carry out all stages of the decontamination process, including cleaning, checking, assembling, packing, sterilising, and dispatching reusable surgical and medical devices. They will follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all items meet required infection control and quality standards, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn and undertake training in sterile services practices and equipment use, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. They will be able to work effectively as part of a team, flexibly working variable hours, including weekends, evenings, and shifts as needed.

Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate up to £14.42 per hour (depending on level of experience, training, and qualification)
