Description
We are seeking a Senior BIM Technician - Electrical to join our Services Team in Noida, India. As an MEP BIM Modeler, you will produce BIM models and detailed engineering designs and construction drawings. You will report to the BIM Lead in Project functionally and to the Line Manager operationally.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare MEP 3D BIM coordinated models
- Conduct clash detection and clash resolution
- Create Parametric BIM Families
- Provide specialist support to design teams preparing analysis and design models
- Support design teams and bid teams with the creation of 3D visualizations
- Support design teams and bid teams with the creation of 4D models/visualizations
- Prepare quantities for use in BoQs from the 3D model
Qualifications:
- Background verification ("BGV") check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India is required for employment.
