Description
NVIDIA is seeking a System Software Engineer for the UEFI Firmware team. You will be heavily involved in early modeling and simulation, and follow projects through development to deployment in gaming consoles, servers, and AI devices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop features and code for UEFI firmware
- Document code flow, data flow, and architecture for UEFI Firmware
- Debug and root cause UEFI Firmware issues
- Support simulation and FPGA environment bringup for UEFI Firmware
- Drive and resolve issues independently across teams and disciplines
- Plan and execute pre and post silicon verification of UEFI firmware
- Develop test frameworks and tests to verify UEFI and ARM SBSA/SBBR requirements
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with global teams
Requirements:
- BS or MS degree in EE/CS/CE or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in low-level operating system functionality, specifically in areas of ARM technologies and programming
- Superb C programming and debugging skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Experience with UEFI, ACPI, SMBIOS, Linux kernel is preferred
- Working experience in system software, operating system internals, kernel modules, and device drivers
- Experience working with AI development tools
